1 YEAR UPDATE

12 month stats
Weight : 19lbs. 9 oz.
Height : 29 inches

Foods: Anything and Everything! He loves to eat and he is not picky...he gets that from his daddy.

Words: Pop, Cat, Mama, Ruff Ruff, Dada, Oh Jeez, Up, All Done...this boy talks a lot! If you don't know him you may not understand what he is saying but Mommy and Daddy sure do.

Video of him saying Cat taken by his sitter

Walking : He is by no means a walking pro but he can take 3 wobbly steps unassisted and he can hold on to my hand and walk

Sleep : Still 2 naps from 1-2 hours and 11-12 hours at night

Teeth : He has 4 teeth, 2 on top and 2 on bottom

Toys : He loves anything that has wheels and when he pushes them he will say, 'voom voom' He LOVES his power wheels car :)

He still needs his lovey and paci and I do not have the heart to take that paci from him :(

He can blow kisses...and it is so super cute to see him do it!

He still enjoys bath time and splashing water everywhere!

He can feed himself with a spoon

I have yet to cut his hair!
His hair is out of control!

If he falls or drops something he will say, WHOA!

He received his one year shots...he screamed and I cried!
Before Shots
After Shots

I know that I am forgetting a lot of things but as they come to me I will add them to this post ;)

********************

I made Max his first peanut butter and jelly sandwich. As I was making it I had a mommy moment. A mommy moment is when something you are doing or witnessing reminds you that you really are a MOM(not that I need reminders). I was cutting the crust off of Max's PB&J and it made me think this is something a mommy does and I will be doing for a long time. It made me smile. I watched Max as he was eating it and I have come to realize I have a toddler. HELLO! A TODDLER! Just crazy how fast he has grown up.
