I have the most amazing sitter for Max. I am not one to get excited over gadgets but I recently got the new iPhone and I LOVE IT! My sitter also has the iPhone so she sends me video and pics of my boy having a blast. While moms away the boy will play:)
I only worked 2 days this week and it feels as if those 2 days were so busy that I didn't know if I was coming or going. Not only was I busy with work, getting Max ready for the sitter, it was Phil's birthday. We had a low key get together with family. We went out for a yummy dinner and celebrated with a cake and presents at home. It was perfect after a long work day!
I fill my days so full that once my head hits the pillow I am OUT.
Here is an example of my crazy days:
5:00 a.m. gym
6:00 a.m. shower and get ready (Max wakes up)
6:30 a.m. feed Max, snuggle, get Max ready, and play
7:15 a.m. breakfast
7:50ish- pack up car and baby
8:00ish- arrive at sitters house
8:05- begin my goodbye with Max...this takes a while :)
8:15- drive to work with tears in my eyes
8:25-arrive at work
12:30-break time! call sitter and check on Max
3:50-race to pick up Max
4:15- home
4:45- prepare dinner (Max likes to help:))
5:30ish- dinner time
6:00-family time
7:00- bath time for Max
7:30- bedtime for Max
7:45- pick up around the house
8:00- I do my work for school (lesson plans, paperwork, return emails, etc.)
9:00- get ready for bed
10:00- passed out!
It's a whirlwind I tell ya!
Maxwell's schedule is just as busy!

6:00-play time with mom and dad
7:00- bath time and splash time
7:30-8:00 bed time
I have some exciting news, well it was exciting for me...Max is FINALLY using a sippy cup. I have bought 6 different kinds of cups and Max just does not like them. We were at Babies R Us yesterday and I decided to buy one that we had not tried. I was almost positive that he would not like it but to my surprise he did. Go figure it was the cheapest one.
He looks like such a big boy holding it!

I couldn't help but take pictures of my little mess maker.

I have been teaching Maxwell sign language and he uses it so much lately.
He knows the sign for more and all done.
I feel like since I have been at work (yes, only 2 days) I make my time with Max count. I do not take it for granted at all. I make sure to squeeze him a little longer, kiss him more, get down and play with him longer, and enjoy his little quirks that make him Max.
I love how he sits when he eats...my fav!

Don't let the paci fall!

Always into something...

He lined them up small, medium, and large

He likes to climb in and out of his toy box!

I will be doing Maxwell's 1st birthday shoot soon. I am in the process of buying props, I have some really cute ideas up my sleeve. I can't wait till we do them and as soon as I do I will post them.
