Hazy Days

It has been hot and super smoky in good ol' Albuquerque. There is a fire burning in Arizona and the smoke and ashes are taking over our blue skies and fresh air. It has been awful here. I can only imagine how the people in Arizona are feeling. My prayers are with them.

Due to the smoke, outside activities have been non-existent. We have been keeping ourselves very busy in the house.

I have not been able to run outside. And I really don't enjoy running on a treadmill! But I do.

Max and I have quite possibly read every book that he owns. We have the Three Little Pigs down! Max can even say, and I'll huff and I'll puff and house down at the appropriate time. Too cute!

We have probably played with every toy in the house.
We have been to Explora.

We have been to Gymboree.
We even busted out the paints.

 I love my little artist.

And it is only Tuesday.

We did not, as a family, eat all this chocolate in 3 days.

We would never.

Have I mentioned that I LOVE summer?

Because I do.
