{SIGH}
Okay, so I know he has 6 months until he is 2 but to the average Joe 6 months seems like a long time. To a mom, it seems like 2 days. I just don't get this whole time thing once you become a mother.
Either way this boy is growing up. Faster then I would like. But he is growing!
SLEEP:
One nap during the day.
Sleeps about 12 hours at night.
Sometimes he will wake up in the middle of the night and shout, MOMMY SNUGGLES! Of course I snuggle him :)
DIET:
Well as I have said before he seems to not like many vegetables unless hidden.
He loves apples, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, cereal bars, oatmeal, granola, milk, water, bean and cheese burritos, hummus, carrots, bagels, shredded wheat cereal, cheese, and anything sweet.
TEETH:
10. Did I mention I despise molars? Because I do!
NEW SKILLS:
Can climb
Move furniture
Work my iPhone
Brushes his teeth
Helps clean himself up
Can wash his hands
Sing along to a tune
Ask for what he wants
Negotiates bedtime and bath ex. MOM: Max let's take a bath. MAX: No bath, snuggle!
Play pretend with his toys
Still uses the potty
Helps get dressed
Can use a plate, spoon, and fork
Will only feed himself!
VOCABULARY:
Know just about everything
He can speak in 3 word sentences
Communicates very well with his needs and wants
Imitates EVERYTHING
Phil and I are officially spelling out words to avoid fits or an overly excited toddler
TOYS/PLAY:
Loves anything and everything about bugs, especially spiders
Enjoys outdoors
Loves to draw and color
BOOKS!!!
Animals
Likes to pretend he is different animals
Loves the cats, he can call them by name
Likes to play in the bathroom cabinets
Cooking
This boy captivates me. I am so blown away with how much he has changed and developed in only 18 months. I love this kid more then anything!
