We had a fantastic time visiting Montreal. We stayed at the Le St. James Hotel and this hotel was more then amazing. The gentleman that helped load our luggage told us that this hotel is were the stars stay. I can believe it. The hotel door man Jean Pierre(very French) loved little Max and called him Little Prince each time he saw him. The funny thing is that is going to be Maxwell's 1st birthday theme.

We took a private 4 hour tour of the city. This was so neat to learn all the history of each area and building. It really made me appreciate all that Montreal was about. We took Max to a French Build a Bear where Max was in heaven. He loved the colors, noises, and all the stuffed animals. Max picked out a cow. He is fascinated with cows.
We shall call him Moo Cow!
Philip and I had a little date while we where in Montreal. We went to the Montreal Jazz Fest. This is a huge event. The city blocks of many streets and people from all over the world come to listen to all the different musicians. I am a Jazz fan so this was wonderful for me. I enjoyed every moment of the music but I also enjoyed having alone time with my husband. We were able to talk, hold hands, and enjoy each others company without being interrupted by our adorable baby. Don't get me wrong, Max is my world but I think in order to raise a healthy happy family a husband and wife need there time together. By the end of our vacation we were ready to come home. I was so surprised on how well Max did. He adjusted well to all three time zones that we passed through. He was happy and didn't mind not being on a strict routine. I was 100% ready to come after Max threw up on me right as our first flight was taking off. Way to end a trip I guess?!?!
