(This was taken the day before 19 weeks but close enough)
How far along: 19 weeks, almost half way
Size of baby: Mango, 8.5 ounces about 1/2 pound!
Weight gain/loss: +11 pounds, 129 this week I am blaming the Halloween candy ;)
Maternity clothes: A little of both :)
Gender: ??? This baby will be a surprise! Strong STRONG feeling it is a boy...
Movement: Yep! This one moves much more then Max did at this stage.
Sleep: really good!!!
Exercise: Still running, walking on an incline, kick boxing, minimal weight training,
and prenatal pilates.
What I miss: I was wanting a glass of red wine the other night so maybe that...
Cravings: salads and strawberries
Aversions: pasta with red sauce
Symptoms: HUNGRY. ALL. THE. TIME. I feel really really good, I forget that I am pregnant and then the little kicks or twirls and then I am reminded that there is a little one inside.
Best moment this week: My sweet Max feeling his baby brother or sister move for the first time.

Happy Halloween!
This little one was more then excited to go trick or treating.
We made a quick stop to Mimi's and Pop's. We do it every year :)
Halloween was great. I am happy it is over. Now on to Thanksgiving!
We made a quick stop to Mimi's and Pop's. We do it every year :)
Max got an extra special treat from Aunt Sarah and Mimi and Pop. Max says thanks again :)
We then went back home and waited for our friends to get the party started.
And party we did. We stayed up way past our bedtime and we all dove into the candy and ate one too many fun sized candy bars. I am pretty sure that 12 fun sized bars equal one normal size candy bar...right?!?!? ;)

Pumpkin Carving
This little three year old could hardly contain his excitement to carve pumpkins. He wanted to do it all day, but I told him we had to wait for daddy. As you can imagine, the second Phil walked in the door we were carving pumpkins :)
Max got really into it. He even helped clean out the pumpkins.
He even helped daddy and mommy carve. Very carefully of course ;)
We finished... Max is the spooky silly pumpkin (that is what he calls it), daddy's is the Ghost buster one and mine is the polka dots!
Each year, we make hot cocoa and watch the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown when we are done carving. It is our little tradition and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Max had to have the colored marshmallows!
I love our little family and the joy we have created. And just think, next year we will have another little set of hands to help us carve pumpkins!!

October Fun!
I love how October just kick starts all the holiday fun. I am still enjoying Halloween and all of its cute costumes and if I am being honest, the candy. I am so ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas and all the fun that those holidays bring. But for now, October and Halloween has done us pretty good. AND! it's not even Halloween yet. Tonight we will carve pumpkins. We have a little family tradition that I will blog about tomorrow I am sure.
Each year, my school throws a Harvest Festival. This year Max wanted to wear his costume. He is Jake, from Jake and the Neverland Pirates and if I do say so myself, he is the cutest little pirate I have seen.
We met up with my coworker/friend and her kiddos. Max and Caeden were able to dance and play the games together, they had a great time.
Max and I also had a fun crafting/pumpkin day last week. I made pumpkin pancakes and Max made decorations for the house.
The weather has been very up and down. Sometimes it is freezing and other times it is gorgeous. On the cold days we stay in and snuggle and on the warm days we learn to ride our bike ;)
On Sunday we went to Gymboree's Halloween Party. We went last year and Max had SO much fun so we had to do it again this year. He had just as much fun.
They had to find all the baby pumpkins that were lost, I am pretty sure Max found all of them.
He sat so patiently during the story.
He danced a little bit. He rocked out to the Monster Mash.
His teachers were dressed up, too!
He tried to catch all the bubbles.
He enjoyed some snack of worms in dirt...
