Yesterday, the family headed out to the State Fair. This was the first time that I went since living in Albuquerque. The weather was perfect, the company was fun and the food was delicious.
Max had the best time playing the
gamses.
We even rode a few rides. Thank goodness I waited to eat or I am sure lunch would have come up. My nauseousness is back again :( It is not terrible though, I just feel yucky. I am hoping it ends soon!!!
Max enjoyed the corn dog, I enjoyed the indian taco, thank goodness my MIL shared with me. I even took a bite of a deep fried twinkie. I know, so unlike me :) It was pretty good. Thanks Nathan for sharing!
We also looked around at the expos. Max really enjoyed the Lego creations and his Aunt Sarah loved the weaving.
The State Fair wouldn't be complete with out animals. We looked at all the sweet babies and even got to explore McDonald's Farm. It was perfect for Max.
All in all it was a great time. I am not sure if I would go every year. I am sure my sweet Max will be asking to go in a few years so I will wait til then :)
