Boys will be boys!

My son is such a BOY! He likes to get dirty, plays with trucks, and laughs when he farts. I know its a stereotype, but isn't it true????

Any who...this boy loves bugs. He lets out screams of pure excitement when he sees a spider.

After my Saturday trip to Trader Joes, I decided to stop in this local mom and pop book store to see if they had anything spider/bug related.

I picked you a few suprises for my boy!

Too bad I didn't get a picture of his face when he saw these. It was priceless. Imagine a mouth wide open, kicking legs and shouts of SPIDER,  all at the same time :)

This morning as I was cleaning the kitchen it became eerily quiet in Max's room. Phil was supposed to be watching Max. I decided maybe I should go check things out. As I got a little closer to Max's doorway I heard Phil very quietly explaining something to Max.
As I peered in this is what I saw....

 And usually when I see this book, it means Phil is up to something!

 Sure enough....

Daddy was teaching Max all about paper airplanes. So as you can only imagine, I have about 16 paper airplanes in various places around my house.

I guess boys will be boys!
