Make sugar cookies and decorate
YUMMY. Max and I had so much fun doing this. The best part of course was taste testing and indulging in our finished product. I told Phil to take some pictures, which he did. However, he also shot a quick video of Max and I which I didn't know he was doing. And because I didn't know it ended up being pretty cute!
Day 5:
Decorate a holiday picture frame
This activity was quick, fun, and cheap. Perfect for mom and perfect for toddler. I bought the frame for $1.50 and the stickers for $3.00. Max LOVED this project. The only problem was he would rather pull off the stickers he put on and eat them. Let's just say I had to keep a pretty good eye on him.
Super fun and super cute. I will use the frame at work and put it on my desk. It will add some festive cheer as well as lots of smiles from me.
So far I am loving doing the Advent. It takes time. But it forces me to stop whatever I may be busy with and enjoy quality family time.
