Zoo. Finger Foods. Waves. Baby Love.

ZOO.
On Thursday we took Maxwell to the zoo for the first time. We met up with some friends and had a delicious picnic at the zoo and then strolled in the heat enjoying all the stinky animals. Max seemed to enjoy the sight seeing. Towards the end of the trip he was becoming fussy due to the heat and being tired. So we said our goodbyes and made our way home. Within two minutes of being in the car my sleepy baby crashed!



Finger Foods.
Max has a terrible gag issue. Due to this gag problem I have not given him anything besides pureed organic vegetables or fruit. This weekend I decided to TRY the yogurt melts and organic puff melts. They were both a success. Max is able to pick up the food but is unable to put the food into his mouth. The funny thing is, anything else he picks up goes straight into his mouth. Such an odd ball he is :)

Wave.
Max can wave hello/goodbye! Today at church he was waving at me which of course made me so excited! I have been trying to teach Max to wave for forever, so today when he did it I was a very proud momma. I think Max knew I was super happy because he crawled to me and gave me a ton of slobbery kisses all over my face! Bliss!!!!
